THINGS I DO:
Write, take pictures, rant about politics, save gifs and macros like my life depends on it, watch too much television, listen to a lot of awesome music and some not-so-awesome music, read books very slowly, flood Twitter with inane babble, drink wine, knit, read about WWII and Africa, and sleep.

THINGS I HEART:
My BFF, my other BFFs, my family, Dave Matthews Band, Howie Day, Matt Nathanson, Band of Horses, Jump Little Children and Jay Clifford, The Album Leaf, pretty much anything Aaron Sorkin has ever touched, politics, my scary socialist agenda, my scary queer agenda, my scary elitist agenda, the ocean, snow, North Carolina's rain, warm bread, comfy beds, scarves, puppies, kittens, elephants, sloths, the internets, going to concerts, road trips with my BFF, San Francisco, Jack Kerouac, red wine, good beer, chilled vodka, Maine, California, my Cape Cod fantasy, the sound of the phrase "shucking oysters", things that do not require me to eat oysters, fog, fast cars, women in suits, women in dresses, women in general, men with smiles that get me in trouble, blue eyes, ties, Harry Potter, Dwight Shrute, Sweets, feeling warm and fuzzy, holding hands, daydreams, hugs, stubble, sleepy laughter.

THINGS I DON'T HEART:
Assholes, douchebags, fuckery, misogyny in all its stripes, -isms, wasps, bees, spiders, heights, you in my business, drudgery, bills, liars, American Idol.

THINGS I LIKE TO STUDY:
The Holocaust, WWII, the Third Reich, African history, genocide, women and conflict/post-conflict, Russian history, Latin American history, American history, okay just history in general, policy.
